We specialise in crisis communication and related fields, and in spokesperson training.  We began operations in January 2005 as Rick Clements & Associates Pte Ltd, offering training and consultancy services to clients in Singapore and the region, conducting workshops for clients in Australia, China, India and most Asean countries.  After 16 successful years, the company was restructured as a sole proprietorship but continues to offer the same services.  It is now operating as Rick Clements & Associates (2020).   

 

RCA is a network of independent corporate communication practitioners and media specialists who carry out crisis communication audits, assist clients in formulating issue management and crisis communication strategies, conduct crisis communication and media training workshops, and design and manage crisis simulation exercises.  Our consultants have experience in directing issue management and crisis communication activities in situations ranging from air crashes to product recalls, and those with a media background include former news anchors and broadcast journalists who have reported on crises and know from the inside how the media work.
